Welcome to RichList. By downloading, accessing, or using the RichList mobile application ("the App") or our website ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

By creating an account or using any part of the App, you agree to be bound by:

  • •Any additional guidelines or rules posted within the App

You must:

  • •Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

RichList does not knowingly provide services to minors.

To use RichList, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • •Keep your login details secure
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • •Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
  • •Interfere with servers, APIs, or security systems
  • •Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • •Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content

We may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance, features, or security.

RichList may allow you to:

  • •Make reservations
  • •Purchase tickets
  • •Fund a digital wallet
  • •View spending history

5.1 Wallet

  • •Wallet balances are not a bank account and are used only for in-app transactions.
  • •Refund policies depend on the event organizer or service provider.

5.2 Payments

  • •Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
  • •We do not store credit or debit card information.

5.3 Event Partners

When you make a reservation or booking, relevant details may be shared with the venue or organizer to fulfill your request.

All content provided by RichList (including logos, images, events, and designs) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our content without permission.

You may post or upload content ("User Content"), but you:

  • •Retain ownership of your content
  • •Grant RichList a license to display and use it within the App
  • •Agree that you have rights to share such content

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

RichList may integrate with:

  • •Event platforms
  • •Payment providers
  • •Map/location services
  • •Analytics tools

We are not responsible for third-party actions, content, or policies.

  • •Certain features may require location access.
  • •You can disable or enable this anytime via device settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • •You violate these Terms
  • •You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
  • •We are required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

RichList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • •Uninterrupted access
  • •Error-free or secure operation
  • •Accuracy of event listings or partner information

Use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichList is not liable for:

  • •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
  • •Issues caused by third-party services or event partners

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold RichList harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • •Your use of the App
  • •Your violation of these Terms
  • •Your content or interactions with partners

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via:

  • •In-app message

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, regardless of conflict-of-law provisions.
